Contact Us

Got a question? Stuck on a tutorial? Found a typo that’s been silently bothering you for three days? Whatever it is — I want to hear from you.

One of the things I made a promise to myself when I started KtDevLog was this: no faceless blog. No automated replies. No contact form that disappears into a void. If you take the time to reach out, you deserve a real response from a real person.

That person is me — Md Sharif Mia. I read every single message personally.

How to Reach Me

There’s one simple way to get in touch, and it works for everything:

📧 Email

hello@ktdevlog.com

This is my direct inbox. Whether you have a quick question or a detailed problem you’re working through, just send it here. I typically reply within 1–3 business days — sometimes faster, never slower than a week.

What You Can Write to Me About

Not sure if your message is “worth sending”? It is. Here are the kinds of things people reach out about — all of them genuinely welcome:

Tutorial questions — Followed a guide on KtDevLog and hit a wall? Describe what you’re seeing, paste the error message if there is one, and tell me which tutorial you were following. I’ll do my best to help you get unstuck.

Topic requests — Is there something you wish KtDevLog covered? A Kotlin concept that confuses you? A Firebase feature you can’t find a good guide for? Tell me. Your suggestions directly shape what gets published here next.

Bug reports & corrections — Found a code error, a broken link, or something that’s just plain wrong in a post? Please tell me immediately. I’d rather fix it than have hundreds of beginners copy a mistake. You’ll get a thank-you and a credit if you want one.

Collaboration & guest posts — If you’re an Android developer with something genuinely useful to share with this audience, I’m open to conversations about guest contributions. Send a brief idea first — no full drafts needed at this stage.

Sponsorships & advertising — KtDevLog is open to partnerships with tools, products, and services that are actually relevant to Kotlin and Android developers. All sponsored content is clearly labeled — always. Reach out with details about what you have in mind.

Just saying hello — Genuinely. If KtDevLog helped you build your first app or finally understand coroutines, I’d love to know. Those messages are honestly the best part of running this blog.

Before You Write — Quick Answers

These questions come up often enough that the answer might already be here:

“I’m getting [specific Android error] — can you help?” Absolutely, but the more detail you give me, the better I can help. Include the full error message, which version of Android Studio you’re using, and what you were trying to do when it happened.

“Can you write a tutorial on [topic]?” Yes — email me the topic and a sentence about why it’s confusing you. Topic requests with context always jump to the top of my writing list.

“I want to advertise on KtDevLog — how does that work?” Email hello@ktdevlog.com with a brief description of your product and your goals. I’ll reply with current options and rates.

“Can I republish or translate one of your articles?” Not without written permission. Email me first — I’m generally open to translations with proper attribution, but I need to review each request individually.

Response Time

I reply to every genuine message, but I’m one person running this blog alongside real development work. Here’s what to expect:

  • General questions & tutorial help — within 1–3 business days
  • Bug reports & corrections — usually within 24 hours, because these matter most
  • Collaboration & sponsorship inquiries — within 3–5 business days
  • Topic requests — I read every one, though I may not reply individually to each unless I have specific follow-up questions

If you haven’t heard back after 5 business days, it’s worth sending a follow-up — occasionally emails do get lost in spam filters.

A Note on Spam

If you’re a bot, an SEO agency sending templated outreach, or someone trying to sell me “high-quality backlinks” — please don’t. That inbox is for real people with real questions, and those emails go straight to trash.

If you’re a human with something genuine to say, I’m always here.
